FLSA Overtime Changes in 2025: What Employers Should Know

Effective January 1, 2025, new Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules will increase the salary threshold for exempt employees to $55,068 per year and for highly compensated employees to $143,988 per year, expanding overtime pay eligibility for a larger segment of workers.

Employers may need to adjust their compensation practices to comply with the new change.
