Issac B. Allman

SHAREHOLDER


Issac Allman is a shareholder admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Virginia.  Issac attended King College where he graduated in 2013 summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Issac served as an editorial staff member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, a student practitioner for the Wake Forest Community Law and Business Clinic, and as one of the law school’s admission ambassadors. Following the first year of law school, he worked in the legal division of the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions. Issac was a summer associate for Wilson Worley following the second year of law school.

Issac has expertise in contract law, real estate transactions, construction and lien litigation, and in the formation of for profit and not for profit entities including the formation of quasi-governmental entities. Issac’s representation of business entities often extends past formation and includes issues involving corporate governance, policies, amendments to governing documents, and counsel on preparing and negotiating various contractual relationships. He represents an industrial development board and a joint economic and community development board as corporate counsel. Issac has also represented industrial development boards and housing authorities defending actions for mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens among other breach of contract claims. He is familiar with the common financing structures in closely held businesses and public-private partnerships. 

Issac focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business advising, and transactional matters.  He regularly advises financial institutions on compliance and other legal matters.

Issac is married to Kayla and they reside in Kingsport with their daughter, Claire.
