William S. Lewis has practiced law since 1981 in Kingsport, Tennessee, and currently advises clients on estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, commercial real estate transactions (including acquisition, financing, leasing, and sale); business organizations (including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships); business transactions (including acquisition and sale of businesses); and general real estate matters.

Lewis has been active in various community affairs including at various times the Board of Directors of Kingsport/Hawkins County Area, Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, and Kingsport Rotary Club. Lewis has been active in the United Way of Greater Kingsport, serving as chairman of the Allocations and Admissions Committee. Lewis is a gradute of Leadership Kingsport.
